Born in England, Susanna first learnt sign language while working with severely disabled children in the UK. When her own daughter was born it was a natural step to start signing with her. Babysigning is much more common in the UK.  A year ago the family moved to Holland and Susanna sought contact with Babygebaren.nl. 

"I want to teach others about babygebaren because it seems such a logical step in comminicating with your child. For me, another side-effect is making contact with and between other parents here in the area. It's also just fun signing!"
